Position: Business Development Representative

About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by discovering new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. If you thrive on connecting with people and are eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage new prospects using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Build and maintain connections with leads, ensuring a robust pipeline for business opportunities.
Leverage expertise in HubSpot to manage and track leads efficiently (experience with HubSpot is preferred).
Qualify leads to identify high-potential prospects that can be converted into loyal clients.
Visit both existing and new clients to strengthen relationships and explore potential opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of English.
Computer literacy and comfort with modern digital tools.
Prior experience in a similar role, with knowledge of HubSpot being a significant advantage.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen interest in business development.

Compensation:

Base salary with an attractive, on-target commission structure.
