Personal Assistant
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and organize events, both internal and external.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments or external contacts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
