Our journey began in 1991, guided by the visionary leadership of the late Mr. Ananda Sirisena.

A highly accomplished C-Level professional, he boasted over 40 years of comprehensive experience in Operational Management, Financial Accounting, and Marketing.

Mr. Sirisena’s company secretarial career took root in 1991, where he generously shared his expertise across various industries as a company secretary. His contributions extended to diverse brands, including serving as the Head of Business for Odiris Coconut Scrapers and A&A Associates. Furthermore, he played pivotal roles in several not-for-profit organizations, such as Advisory Board Members to National Science Foundation Sri Lanka, Lanka United Merchants Association (LUMA), Colombo Electrical Traders Association (CETA) and Several Other. His commitment to excellence was underscored by his membership in ICEA, UK.

In 2008, Ananda Sirisena and Company was established by the next generation under his mentorship. Today, the firm continues to honor his legacy while steadfastly serving his established clientele.
